We are dedicated to use sports as a tool for development and peace. Actors in sport, academia, government agencies, international organization, media, private sector, the general public as well as young people are interested in the potential of sport as a tool to reach personal, community, national and international objectives. They are also interested on how it can be used as a tool for addressing some of the challenges that are associated with humanitarian crisis and in conflicts and post-conflict settings.
Education
We want to use educational process to improve awareness and understanding of the rapidly changing, independent and unequal world in which we live. We seek to engage people in analysis, reflection and action for local, global citizenship and participation.
Entertainment
Entertainment is a form of activity that holds the attention and interest of audience. We intend to hunt for talents not only in musical world but also in the comedy arena. We will also partner with other individuals or organizations that can help develop discovered talents.

Our Mission
FafyDev is a lagos-based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing
mentorship, training and support to youths from underserved communities
in Nigeria with the goal of increasing their representation in sports,
education and entertainment in the country. Since our incorporation in
2015, FafyDev has worked with local schools and other community
organizations to positively impact thousands of youths in the country
through various programs, seminars,sporting events and charitable
outreaches .
At fafyDev youths are introduced to a wide-range of skills and
experiences designed to help them achieve their life and career goals. In
addition to providing marketable life, business, and educational skills, we
also focus on teaching youths on how to best harness their respective gifts
and talent to best build a better Nigeria.

Our projects are aimed at developing the youth and raising the impact of our present day youths in their society and beyond the walls of Nigeria. With our help coupled with series of effective and clinical mentoring every of the youth under our guidance are promised a sensational life on the field of success in every of their designated skill sets.
We are effectively practical with our approach, as our trainees will be subjected to on-field exercises which will in turn give them the undiluted first hand development in every of their different fields.
We are dynamic with our approach and we have the flexibility to understand the human nature with our experience in emotional intelligence that helps us simply manage our youths and have a standard understanding about their way of life in order to seamlessly sync them into our projects based on their level of adaptability, these and many more qualities readily sets us apart from our peers.
